Oli Sloane is an exceptionally versatile producer/director and edit producer, known for bringing home premium factual content that punches way above its budget.
He began his career on Sky 1’s RoadWars, where he embedded with a tactical police unit for over three years, filming daily and developing a strong instinct for capturing the action.
He spent another three years honing his producing skills working exclusively on BBC daytime and early-peak shows. He directed over 80 celebrities and learned how to tackle all types of talent.
Since then he has used these combined skills to direct premium observational documentaries for both streamers and terrestrial TV, including The Savoy, Special Needs Hotel and Changemakers and bundles of science and history-based specialist factual.
He has also worked as a shooting series producer on the technically demanding productions Hurricane Man & Exploration Volcano, juggling complex international filming with multiple edits.
Today, Oli continues to combine editorial flair with adaptability, empathy and strong storytelling instincts. He is comfortable working away for extended periods and holds an iVisa. He is a highly accomplished camera operator and filmed everything on this website.
